Only one plug visible

Hi, I have two kasa plugs and I'm running your program on MacOSX (Used to windows too) and I can only see the plug where my computer is plugged into. The other plug is plugged elsewhere with a washing machine but it does not show up on your program. What would be the cause? I have two Ubiquiti AP' btw. Untitled

Try to stop the program and start it again if still does not show up do this 2 more times, but make sure that both kasa plugs are on the same network/range
