.env-example.txt missing deploed contract variable

The .env-example.txt file is missing a placeholder variable for the deployed contract.

It would be neat to have a placeholder to link the deployed contract address - getting stumped on that part of the tutorial.

It's unfortunate that it's no printable, my own is running with different dex but not expecting trade, do you know the minimum amount, I'm using $15
