Please add composer.json to allow to install Placeholders.js via composer

Hey @jamesallardice, @paracycle guys! Please add this file to you repository! There is no more work as push the "merge request" button. It's just declaration for composer. Thank you!

Hey @eSlider, I am not a maintainer of this project, so can't do that I'm afraid. I think @jamesallardice is the only person that can do this.
