these days i'm testing the page in kr, but i'm in china now, the page will request for some js file oversea.
tried local-cdn to troubleshoot a problem with decentraleyes and the problem still exists - i think this has to do with jquery, but i'm not sure see: [breaks page #244](https://github.com/Synzvato/decentraleyes/issues/244)

i just found some website using https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.12.4/jquery.min.js can be speeded. but one site using https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.2.4/jquery.min.js cannot. could you please add support for more versions of jquery on ajax.googleapis.com? thank you.
