Phantom Folders

Assuming my pull request is accepted. There is an issue with it. It will create empty folder duplicates of populated folder trees with empty "children": [] in the json output. I am unsure why. I was able to manually remove it but I am not in a position to go deep diving why it's repeating these empty folders. Something to be aware of.

I was able to ctrl+f for the empty children string and remove them, fixing the brackets to get a usable file.
