What is the use case here for devs building LN apps? This seems useful for mainnet but I'm not seeing the benefit of running this in a dev environment.

This would be nice for us at mutiny. We're developing a wallet that uses rgs so having this in polar would make development easier

Thanks for the update. I unfortunately don't have the bandwidth atm to work on this, but maybe another dev wants to.

After working on the Taro integration, I realize it's a decent lift to add a new node types to Polar right now. I'd love to eventually build out an App Library feature that would make it easy to add additional nodes, even from external contributors. Something similar to how Umbrel has their App Store. Hopefully I'll get around to that one of these days.
