Dark Mode applies to the homepage

Describe the bug Despite the fact that the homepage is already dark, the Dark Mode is still think that page isn't dark and makes search bar and search button ugly. I think you should just ban the access of this option for the homepage.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable Force Dark Mode or just Dark Mode
2. Go to homepage
3. You'll see that the search bar and button are repainted to a darker color

Expected behavior Dark Mode simply shouldn't have an access to the homepage, as I said

Additional context Btw you can't enable Dark Mode in the homepage directly, so obviously it shouldn't apply there, but if you, for example, perform a search and turn on the Dark Mode, and then return to the homepage, it will apply.
