Forge continues to run in background when closed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Forge
2. Close Forge

Forge remains running in the background.

This is potentially could be caused by themes, but it is unclear what causes it at this time. Known to occur in Windows versions 7 & 10

I can add some details. It also takes around 50 - 150mb of RAM in the task manager as well. I am on windows 7
