Test if 2 students can submit the same google doc, ensure this doesn't break things

Uniquify duplicate problem numbers as they are read in on teacher side, would avoid data loss

Low priority as there is validation preventing saving these docs on the student side now.

Consider taking over filename when student associates doc with a google classroom assignment

Saving it with an auto-generated name using their name and assignment title from google will make things cleaner "Chapter one section one - Jane Doe" Small thing, teachers and students...
