Offer a dockerized setup

It's feasible to have everything dockerized. However, there are a couple challenges:

  1. Sharing Sickbeard's scripts with Sabnzbd
  2. Configuration (env vars vs config files via volumes)
  3. Volume management across all the containers
  4. Upgrades!
    • Sickbeard and Couchpotato use upgraded through git which breaks the Docker philosophy.
    • Upgraded Sickbeard potentially affects solution for (1).
