Allow management of teams from the web UI

Currently, adding/removing a team in Bonobo requires editing Web.config, which is cumbersome and requires administrative/storage access to the server itself. It would be helpful if individuals with the Administrator role could create teams (either ad-hoc or mapped to an AD group) from within the Web UI.
