Can Bonobo-Git-Server be installed on Azure App Service

What are the steps for installing Bonobo-Git-Server on Azure App Service As opposed to regular windows , we do not have UI, just an FTP account We can transfer the files to /site/wwwroot/Bonobo.Git.Server , but what about the rest of the steps?

I think it will not work, Bonobo uses local files an exe
