Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Considering users might have access to MSDN Subscriber benefits which includes a 150$/month Azure credit, these users might benefit from leveraging the Azure Cognitive Service for Vision APIs instead of using chargeable Amazon Rekognition.

Describe the solution you'd like Ideally an additional supported detector that leverages Azure Cognitive Service for Vision such as Azure Face API
