Describe the bug Can't delete training photos

Version of Double Take 1.13.1

Expected behavior Selecting one or more photos and clicking the trash can should remove them from the person's training photos. Instead the page refreshes and the photo(s) is still there

Hardware

• OS: Debian LXC on Proxmox
• Chrome

Additional context So there are two things here going wrong. The first is that I had Deepstack then got rid of it. However the training photos from that are still there, still show deepstack, and can not be trashed or untrained. So maybe double-take should remove all photos associated with a detector when the detector is removed. Or at least I should be able to do it manually.

Second, for a functioning detector, I can untrain a photo using the trashcan button "Trash" but it does not remove the photo. In fact Nothing removes photos unless I manually delete them from the directories and restart double-take.

Photos can be deleted from the Matches page. But they can't from the Train page. And photos deleted from the Matches page remain on the Train page. That makes sense until I want to remove them from the Train page, which seems impossible at this point.
