[FEAT] Viseron Integration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not Directly, I and trying to leverage Jetson Nano Board For my NVR purposes but frigate doesn't support it.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to see Double-Take integration with Viseron NR ( a GUI Less NVR Implementation on various architectures) https://github.com/roflcoopter/viseron This integration could either be as a image source ( i.e. instead of Frigate) Or even leverage other functionality available in viseron

Developer of Viseron here, I am interested in implementing Doubletake in Viseron as a component.

All i need to be able to do that is an API which accepts JPEG images in the body, much like the DeepStack API is working. @jakowenko Would that be possible to add? The /api/recognize/upload seems to only accept file paths as of now

+1 on this would love to see this implemented just to support an alternative NVR besides frigate
