Feature Request: IE 11 Babel support

One of those things (for a React project) that is a pain to configure - I'm guessing across other languages this is the same.

Would be lovely to get a IE 11 ready project out of the box.

I know the pain, but I read that IE11 is reaching end of life soon (https://twitter.com/swyx/status/1260627626739130369). Not sure if to put the effort in IE11 anymore :D
