"Promote release" task

I'd love it if there'd be additional tasks that allow me to promote an existing Release from draft to preview and from preview to final.

That way I can hook up the same release in the release pipeline and when a extension vsix is promoted to production, I can remove the preview flag. it would also allow me to update the release notes manually as part of the release process.
