Default Quote: None

How can i set that the default mode for the Quote is: None.

The program has by defaults when i open an already existing *.csv file re-writtes it by add them "quotes" on each item. This i do no want. The work around is for me to manually click on Quote NONE, but his is annoying. I want tha by default it is set to NONE.

Let me know if i can easily do it. Thank you,
