Support Big Sur and Apple Silicon Macs

I am pretty sure TableTool will handle large files much better on M1 Macs when compiled to Apple Silicon targets. So it would be nice if you could build TableTool for the new machines.

I just tried him via email and he quickly responded:

To be honest I can barely keep up with all the other stuff I'm working on, and Table Tool is pretty far down the list for me. Maybe one of the forks on the App Store already has a universal build?

I've been unable to find any suitable replacements. Not motivated enough to build myself. They always say 'beggars can't be choosers'!
