Allow for sorting?
This may go beyond the scope of TableTool, but it would be nice to have some way to sort columns, similar to RStudio's data viewer:
Good point, definitely something we'd like to add in the future.
I'm really grateful for your suggestions, but since Table Tool is just a side project right now, it might take some time until I can start to work on it again.
Just wanted to +1 the idea to add sorting, but also other RStudio-like / Postico-like things such as filtering columns and general searching.
Really awesome tool, so happy to have a fast and smart default app I can point to when opening .csv's. Very well executed!
+1 . My workflow involves adding a row into a list, and the sorting the list into alphabetic order. For Windows, I used Ron's CSV Editor. For iMac, I could have used this, if the sort feature was there.
@jakob Please clarify. If a PR is submitted that fixes this issue, will it be accepted?

@fulldecent Thanks for the bounty. I would absolutely accept pull requests for this feature, if it's implemented well (ie. the UI needs to be well thought out, and it needs to work correctly).
