Add travis build

Please create a very simple .travis.yml file and enable Travis CI builds.

Then other people can extend the travis file with more good tests.

@jakob I have added just a .travis.yml file in 557f9fb

Could you please visit https://travis-ci.org/jakob/TableTool and enable travis builds. Just this one step can only be performed by you. Afterwards we can work on getting the Travis script syntax working.
