Unusable on MacOS - Can't open

It's hard to use on MacOS X, the developer isn't recognized (installed it from the App Store, though) and every time I close the file I can't open it without authorizing it in the Security & Privacy panel.

I have downloaded the app from App Store, and I don't get the warning. It still opens the app, and I can open a csv, close, and reopen. In Finder I can right click and open in table tools.app no security and privacy panel needed.

Feel free to remove this comment if not allowed, but just wanted to let you know I have forked this app and have been keeping it updated with latest macOS versions. Fork here.
