CSV Import: Missing codepages (now only UTF-8)

A list of additional codepages would be useful (at least the most common). For example, my bank uses the ISO-8859-15 encoding.

Currently, only UTF-8 is present in the popup: Bildschirmfoto 2023-07-22 um 19 28 43

For example, TextEdit open sheet offers this list: Bildschirmfoto 2023-07-22 um 19 33 18

Using the last menu item, even the list of offered codepages is configurable: Screenshot 2023-07-22 at 19 34 03
