Allow for the negation of a filter

Context

I was trying to filter all rows in a table that had a url field and I was looking for all urls that did not end in /.

First I thought that allowing for not like would be what I needed but on more careful consideration, maybe a general negation of the filter might be better.

It is worth noting that simply allowing not like would cover most scenarios.
