heading having issue being fixed positioning in ie10.

I am having an issue with my header covering my nav when it pulls in from the side. When the mobile nav comes in the fixed header covers the 'About' page link. This is only an issue on IE. Is there a fix for this? I like having the nav fixed. This is the site in works. http://nwc.ph3.us/

looks like you switched to mmenu.
