Resize handlers around field when used with IE

This happens for all versions up to IE11. I am only really concerned about IE10.

I tested the demo page: http://jakiestfu.github.io/Medium.js/docs/ using IE 10 on windows 7 (using browserstack.com as I dont have windows) and it exibited the same behaviour for the demos so I don't think it is related to my implementation.

I just retried the latest code on IE with windows 8.1 and the resize handlers do not appear.

However if I clear the field the resize handlers appear around the placeholder text ... If I then start typing while these resize handlers are visible they will remain on the field.
