Force the first element to be a H1

Hello, simple question. Is there a way to force the first element to be a H1 ?

Yes, the idea is to enforce a Title or some kind of headline in the beginning, like medium.com's editor. Like we see here https://medium.com/p/new-post

Would it be easier to have a header that is editable, and then a div below it?
