Feature: Allow link creation on citations

Hi, Thanks for this plugin.

I am trying to have a file linked when I press <CR> on a citation @author_year. By default it is going to the url given in the bib file.

I tried creating a file manually with the name author_year.md in the same folder, but still it goes to the url. Am i not doing it right or is this a bug ?

I basically do not want to deal with urls but instead star making notes of an article in its own file and link it where ever.

Is there any option to default to file creation instead of url ?
