Brew install pyqt broken (dead urls)

Hi, as the title says brew install pyqt fails, the blame is on sip, a requirement of pyqt, the url the formula uses to fetch the source is broken See for your self http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/hg/sip/archive/4.13.3.tar.gz

LoL i just read the top of the sip.rb formula and it warns exactly about this case. now_what.jpg
