Update generate.py script for 14 so the resulting binary can locate the shared library at runtime.

The generate.py script in 14_angr_shared_library wasn't working for me. It was building the library, but wasn't building the binary file. I believe this update corrects the issue.

Also I added a -R argument for the linker so the library runtime path is embedded in the binary.
