I updated the README file. I've added pointers to online resources for solving the challenges and a troubleshooting section.

It ain't much work but it will save some time for the next players.

I've added writeups for the first 2 challenges, I'll add a few more in the furture, anyone who wants to add more writeups is more than welcome!
