Background color does not work with scroll

https://cl.ly/022L3k1p2O15 The background color only covers the initial, visible portion of the screen. When scrolling down, the background is not colored.

Hey there, when I use your package in my application, it appears my HMR stops working for the components/stories being rendered. Has anyone else experienced this, or have a fix?
