Layouts should be optional when installing into an existing project via bower

When installing sassline into an existing project via bower, layouts should probably be optional.

Also, is sassline dependent on the aggressive CSS reset? Or would it work just as well using normalize-css?

@KingScooty The whole bower setup for this project is far from ideal. I should perhaps try to break it out into a separate branch which would work better for adding Sassline into current projects rather than using it as a starting point as was its original aim.

Should work fine with normalize.
