Updated Samsung Internet logo

I updated the old Samsung Internet logo (introduced in 2017) to the newest, current one (from 2019).

The PNG image has been optimized to save space.

@Eric-01 @jakearchibald Maybe consider using browser logos? The logos are available as separate packages on npm. They are usually keep up to date and highly optimized (e.g. see the changelogs for Firefox, Chrome, etc.).

A bunch of projects (e.g.: whatwg.org, v8.dev, ishoudinireadyyet.com, browserosaurus, etc.) already automated this part away, and then updating is as simple as updating a version number.

@alrra It sounds for me like a great idea, but you know... I'm not the owner of this repository, so I don't set the direction for its development.
