Nonotch on locksreen

The status bar dissapears on the lock screen as well as nonotch capabilities unless a notification is presented.

To clairify, nonotch and the status bar shows up (on the X) only when the phone is unlocked (face id). Thank you!

This issue is still present using latest version on ios 11.3.1 :/
