Improve the TCK for Jakarta EE 10 release

Some work still to do to improve the TCK based on the comments on the PR:

  • remove unused imports
  • Repeatable annotations should have an assertionID

This wasn't fixed for EE 10, we should fix it later. Ideally together with extracting the TCK to the Messaging project.
