Add content to Persistence Specification Page

  1. Can we move the spec adopters logo into the sidebar like you see in this original design? https://invis.io/MV1064CX7GC6#/444513802_Specifications-_Detail_Page

  2. In the Adopt a Spec card in the sidebar, can you add the text "To learn how your JUG can sign-up, check out the Adopt a Specification program." and remove it from under the "JUG Spec Adopters" heading? This should be a global change.

  3. Can we add this content to the bottom of the page? It should go underneath the list of links to the releases.

Please use an h2 tag for the title of the document and h3 tags for the headings within the document
