Originally in Mojarra project https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/mojarra/pull/5325, but then API was split into Faces project, so I had to catch up that.

PR is in draft mode because we still need to discuss what to do with existing getters/setters of on* attributes, should we deprecate these?
