Version 1.3.2 shows defalut phone media picker instead of FilePicker

I am having issues with the version I use which is 1.2.2 (doesnt support android 10) I tried all newer versions but all of them show the default phone media picker and does not take me to the specified file dirctory I set.

Is this intended?
