WIP: Deploy on Lambda using container

In order to simplify this project it'd be nice to run this directly on Docker, also, this would enable to upgrade python to version 3.8 and ease further updates.

Current status

Everything seems to work fine on local but when deploying Lambda gets stuck an the only output that provides is "Timeout"
