Can you print the full line at ` requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 404 Client Error: Not Found for url: https://conda.anaconda.org/t//conda-forg4`? It looks like it got trimmed.
One thing to try is to log out from anaconda.org with `anaconda logout`, and see if that makes a difference.
Maybe it's a CDN propagation issue; it took longer to reach to your location, presumably?
