Consider Replacing Blessed with Ink 2

Unfortunately Blessed hasn't been very active in a while as noted on the react-blessed docs.

Let's keep an eye out for the upcoming Ink 2 https://github.com/vadimdemedes/ink since it will already be react-based which may eliminate a layer of machinery.
