Add other options to picture viewer bottom sheet

Basically, I would like to have 'Rename' and 'Edit' options. The edit one should show the apps I can edit the picture with, and let me choose one to open.

Short/quick swipe down in picture viewer just removes the background and does not close the activity

What I mean is that, if one chooses the same color for theme and header color, the header 'mixes' with the background, so one cannot really determine which header corresponds...
