What happened?

Reproduction Steps

I submitted the icons pack in internal testing without changing any colors after Google internal testing they point out this low contrast of License message. and this thing happening in all Dashboards of latest versions. Blueprint, frame and Kuper

Expected behavior

it should be more clear in android 11 which are not using material you.
