please give me a ahk script to bind clumsy to f9

havent been able to do it, or find any working links to download a hotkey setup for clumsy, since clumsy is pretty old.

Clumsy is not old at all, it is literally in development as we speek judging by the fact that the last commit is from 2 days ago. If you want to invoke certain functioanlity on key press the best course of action would be to build clumsy yourself with whatever special functionality you need. Something like GetAsyncKeyState might work as a quick hack for you
