Connection doesnt Work

How can i uninstall/delete clumsy?

I havent fit Internet

I already deleted the Folder nur i cant delete the windivert file. In the Website Front windivert stand that after restart it would be delete . After that If habe no Access to my Connection (sry for Bad english)
