Clumsy won't actually run

Whenever I run clumsy as administrator it still says it's not running as administrator, and doesn't work. I don't know if this is an issue on my side, or with clumsy. Any advise? Please let me know. Thanks

I found that code2 and code3 were caused by a WinDivert error, using WinDivertTool to uninstall it make Clumsy work again. WinDivertTool is available here https://github.com/basil00/WinDivertTool

If you mean by uninstalling WinDivert, I've already done that, still doesn't work.

maybe use filtering "outbound or loopback" rather than "outbound and loopback"
