Windows10 Blue screen

Hello, after I start the downlink restriction under win10 system, the system will have a blue screen. What do I need to do

Which version are you using? Can you try running alternative binaries listed on this page: https://github.com/jagt/clumsy/releases/tag/0.3rc4 and see if either of it works?

Also you need to run 64 bit binaries on 64 bit machines.
