That doesn't seem too difficult. I would probably even add another command or two:

!back: Add the previous song to queue, with the same behavior as!play(FairQueue etc.) -
!backnext: Add the previous song to queue, with the same behavior as!playnext -
!backforce: (Perhaps) put the currently playing song back to queue & force the previous song to be played (Similarly to!playnext&!forceskip)
I've created a draft PR that adds a back command to MusicBot. Depending on how it looks, it could potentially be used as a basis for adding more back commands like backnext and backforce, or adding next and force flags to the back command.
