[Bug Report] Commands don't work in voice channel chat

Bug Description

When trying to run commands like !play [song] nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Go in voice channel 2.Open voice channel chat and type any command

Expected Result

I expected for the bot to play a song

Debug Output

System Properties:
  java.version = 1.8.0_333
  java.vm.name = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM
  java.vm.specification.version = 1.8
  java.runtime.name = Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment

Just a little Information about this:

Most likely, jagrosh currently has to wait for the API update.

As the readme says, this bot uses the Java Discord API (JDA).

They are still working on it to offer this function.

But it looks like the changes from the API are already merging this means the update should come soon if everything goes well.

NOTE: I do NOT work with jagrosh and I am NOT part of the support team.

I only inform users about things that are not easily accessible during programming.

If my comments are unwanted you can simply contact me or delete the comment then I will immediately stop writing comments on Issues.

Correct. We are waiting for JDA to add TiV support.

v5.0.0-alpha.14 added Text in Voice channel support.

Any update there? API has been already update but Text in Voice is still not supported with Jmusic...
